How do I choose my size?
Use the weight-based size guide in the product photos. Between sizes, choose the larger one. If you’ve recently had a baby, choose based on how you feel today, not your pre-baby size.
Can I wear it after a C-section?
The high waistband sits above most C-section scars. If you’re recovering from surgery, check with your doctor or midwife before wearing it; many mums start once they’re cleared.
What kind of support and fit does it offer?
Two wide crossed bands give gentle support around your front, sides and back without squeezing. Breathable mesh helps keep you comfortable, and the high waistband is designed to stay put when you sit or bend.
How do I care for it, and what if the fit isn’t right?
Hand wash cold or machine wash on gentle in a laundry bag, then lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry. If it doesn’t fit right, contact us within 60 days and we’ll make it right.

Bra or brief?

The LiftWell Bra has soft moulded cups, higher side panels, adjustable straps and back hooks, plus a wide long-line band for a lifted, rounded shape and a smoother look at the back. The HoldWell Brief uses two crossed bands for support at the front, sides and back, breathable mesh, a high waistband and a hook-free pull-on fit.
How do I choose my size?

For LiftWell, measure snugly under your bust and around the fullest part of your bust, then check the photo size guide. If you're between sizes, choose the larger band. HoldWell sizing uses the weight-based photo guide; choose the larger size if you're between sizes. Use your current size, not your pre-baby size. Need a hand? Email our shop and we'll help you find your fit.
Both products come with a 60-day fit guarantee. If the fit isn’t right, contact us within 60 days and we’ll make it right.
